Orice om îi este frică de judecata lui Eminescu

Primarul Gdanskului, orașul Tobei de Tinichea, a fost ucis de cuțitul înfipt în inimă de un tânăr infractor proaspăt eliberat din închisoare. Pawel Adamowicz a fost asasinat pe scena unui concert caritabil. La fel de ușor ar fi putut să fie omorât când mergea la serviciu, pe jos, cu servieta în mâna dreaptă, oprindu-se să stea de vorbă cu gdanskezii, gdanskării, gdanskienii.
Asasinul a spus că partidul lui Adamowicz l-a băgat la pușcărie și deci, primarul trebuie să plătească. Primarul a plătit. A lăsat și bacșiș. În ceruri stă la o bârfă cu Jozef Wojtyla despre memorie, campionatul mondial de fotbal din 74 și accidentul de la Smolensk.
Criminalul crede că justiția se face cu partidul, că justiția nu e independentă, că un partid te bagă la bulău și un partid te scoate de acolo, așa cum pe el la băgat partidul lui Adamowicz și l-a scos partidul lui Kaczyński.
Criminalul ar putea la fel de bine să fie român, un telespectator fidel al A3 sau România TV, un om convins că Tudorel și Dragnea și Tăriceanu sunt victimele dosarelor procurorilor veroși, că familia Cozma e inocentă și paraditorii Negulescu și Onea trebuie de-ndată să intre la pușcărie de unde au ieșit Șova și Udrea și alți oameni absolut nevinovați. Și Macovei trebuie să facă pușcărie pentru că denigrează țara asta frumoasă care taman azi îl dădea pe domnu Eminescu, cel mai mare poet care l-a dat România.
Care este.

Oameni vrednici ca să şază în zidirea sfintei Golii,
În cămeşi cu mâneci lunge şi pe capete scufie,

Patrioţii! Virtuoşii, ctitori de aşezăminte,
Unde spumegă desfrâul în mişcări şi în cuvinte,
Cu evlavie de vulpe, ca în strane, şed pe locuri
Şi aplaudă frenetic schime, cântece şi jocuri…

Un om cu un cuțit a urcat pe scena unui concert care strângea bani pentru copii și familii nevoiașe și l-a omorât pe primarul orașului pentru vina de a face parte dintr-un partid care l-a vârât pe el la pușcărie, căci, se știe, sunt și partide care nu te vâră la pușcărie atunci când tâlhărești ci te pun direct consilier economic al primului ministru.
Cum ajungi să omori un om cu un cuțit în inimă?

Copii ale acestui apel au fost trimise conducerii mai multor corporații care cheltuiesc bugete media masive la stațiile tv care pun cuțite în mâinile criminalilor .
Rezultatele sperăm să le vedem curând.
Dacă am greșit, Eminescu să ne judece căci orice om îi este frică de judecata lui Eminescu.

REQUEST REGARDING YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITY SUPPORTING FAKE NEWS AND HATE SPEECH IN ROMANIA

We write to you as European citizens.

BACKGROUND ON EU ACTIONS AGAINST HATE SPEECH AND FAKE NEWS

As you might be aware of, the European Parliament and European Commission are committed to fight against the spread of fake news and hate speech across the European Union. Such activities are structurally damaging our democracies, are against the values of the EU and are creating a climate where hate, fear and violence are encouraged. The European Commission has already encouraged online platforms to introduce a “code of conduct” in 2018 and was considering introducing legislation by end of 2018 to further deter such activities. In addition, the Commission has set-up East Stratcom unit with the aim to prevent fake news and Russian sponsored propaganda outside of EU States.

If the actions so far of the European Commission and the European Parliament have mainly targeted the online space, we consider that, in a number of our Member States, some large local traditional media outlets have a direct strategy of spreading fake news and hate speech, with far larger damaging effects on society. We are worried of the massive reduction of the quality of news and its replacement with manipulations and aggressive propaganda. This is leading to difficulties of the audience to discern between reality and fake news, increased social tensions and aggressiveness between groups and disaggregation of normal democratic processes.

These local media outlets and their negative impact thrives mainly due to significant marketing budgets allocated to them by large multinational corporations, effectively sponsoring the hybrid warfare organized by Russia within Europe.

YOUR GROUP’S PROBLEMATIC ACTIONS IN ROMANIA

[Your company] is one of the largest partners of Intact Group, a Romanian media company founded and owned indirectly by Mr. Dan Voiculescu (who was convicted for 10 years in 2014 for money laundering similar to the Lanski case, and spent 3 years in jail). Intact Group, mainly through its TV news channel Antena 3 (which is partially cross-financed from Antena 1 – a more generalist channel, and strongly benefits from the brand association with Antena 1) and Mr. Dan Voiculescu’s direct actions, is responsible for:

• An aggressive campaign of defending corrupt officials and supporting the change of the justice laws aimed to reduce the power of anti-corruption prosecutors, which was sponsored by the ruling party PSD. The actions to change the justice laws are formally criticized by the European Commission, the European Parliament, the United States administration, the Venice Commission and GRECO. Romanian citizens are courageously protesting in large-scale numbers against these actions since February 2017
• Defamation and hate speech against anti-corruption prosecutors (e.g., Laura Codruta Kovesi, the head of the Anti-Corruption Directorate, who was fired by the Justice Minister following fake allegations manufactured by Intact Group)
• Defamation and hate speech against independent journalists, protesters and NGOs ( Newsweek Romania, G4Media.ro, comisarul.ro, Coruptia Ucide, Rezistenta TV, members of #rezist movement and many others). In addition, Mr. Dan Voiculescu asked publicly in October 2018 for the investigation and closure of independent opposition media outlets
• Encouragement of police crackdown on peaceful protesters participating in the large anti-corruption demonstration on August 10^th. Antena 3 has spread fake news about potential protester violence before the demonstration to justify the organized crackdown (currently under investigation by Romanian prosecutors)
• Hate speech and encouragement of discrimination against LGBT Groups – before the anti-LGBT Referendum held on October 6-7^th
• Dissemination of anti-EU, US Partnership arguments fabricated by Russian State sponsored media (e.g., Sputnik, Russia Today).

Many of these actions by Intact Group have been investigated by the Audio-Visual Council in Romania which led to multiple fines. In addition, Romanian Courts recognized the illegal nature of such actions and awarded damages to some of the affected persons. However – the Intact Group has neither stopped or apologized for its strategy to disrupt democracy and European values.

For your information – the other (smaller) media group with similar activities as the ones described above is Romania TV (owned by Sebastian Ghita, convicted for corruption and money laundering and currently searched by Interpol – being a fugitive in Serbia).

Regarding the media buying process in Romania – please be informed that there are concrete suspicions of corruption links between the local management of many multinationals, Intact Group and Romania TV (with large percentages of the budgets allocated being paid back through local media agencies to local senior executives).

In 2017, a petition signed by tens of thousands Romanian citizens and supported by many leaders of the civil society requested a stop of the collaboration between multinationals and Intact Group. Unfortunately, this action had no effect on your local management’s actions (other corporations have however stopped their partnerships).

OUR REQUEST

Given the severity of the issue, we will launch a working group at the level of the European Parliament and act together with the Commission to regulate such activities (in Romania first but also in other EU member states vulnerable to such attacks).

In the current phase of the process, we would appreciate if you could please:

• Inform us if you will continue or not allocating marketing budgets to Intact Group and to Romania TV, and if yes your argumentation for such a decision
• Describe us your internal process for preventing that your marketing budgets are not used for promoting hate speech and fake news, and if such a process is in place in Romania (and if you conduced any local audit)
• Describe us your internal process for preventing corrupt deals between your local executives and local media groups, and if such a process is in place in Romania (and if you conducted any local audit).
